About Phoebus

Our name is inspired by Phoebus Apollo, the Greek god of light, knowledge, and discovery. Like Apollo, we aim to illuminate complex problems and transform energy systems. Our mission is to bring Apollo’s power to the U.S., turning ambitious ideas into practical, clean energy solutions. 

Phoebus American started with a dream and became reality in a small, university laboratory in Worcester, Massachusetts. The two student founders worked diligently on perfecting our patented technology while securing grant funding and building a network of partners and customers. 

Our mission all begins at independence. No one should need to rely on someone else for power, especially when that power harms the planet we live on.  We are dedicated to providing reliable green energy solutions to our communities to ensure that every individual, household, and business has uninterrupted access to clean electricity 24/7/365.
